The purpose of this paper is to determine what critical factors impact on the design and implementation of time-management strategies specifically suited to online workers and developers of IT/multimedia products and services. Because of the entirely new physical/geographical flexibility available to online workers, the workplace itself has transcended its physical location, enabling cyberworkers to collaborate online in the development of multimedia products from separate, remote or dispersed locations.
