Mr Colin Steele

Colin Steele is Director of Scholarly Information Strategies, a position he took up in 2002. Prior to that he was University Librarian at ANU from 1980-2002. Colin has written or edited seven books and over 400 articles, especially on the history of Latin America, science fiction and scholarly communication. He has been awarded Fellowships by the Academy of Humanities, Australian and UK Library Associations and a Knight Cross from the King of Spain. He has been an invited speaker at major conferences in a number of countries including the UK, USA, and China.
