Prof. Terry Ballard

Terry Ballard is the Automation Librarian at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT. He has also worked as Systems Librarian at Adelphi University in Garden City, New York. He is the author of more than 50 articles in library publications, and wrote the 1995 book INNOPAC: A Reference Guide to the System. He graduated from the University of Arizona Library school in 1989, and also received a Master's Degree in Education from Arizona State University. Professor Ballard is responsible for more than 100 web pages, including QCat, the online catalog of Quinnipiac University. His web page based on a study of typographical errors commonly found in library catalogs is accessed by thousands of libraries worldwide.
